How to make performance reservations


Call the Box Office 480-994-ARTS (2787)
Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
fax 480-874-4699

Payment: Total amount due two weeks in advance of the events. Teachers are responsible for submitting purchase orders.

Changing or canceling your reservation: If your attendance numbers change or if you have to cancel your reservation, please notify the
Box Office at least two weeks prior to event date.

Chaperones:
For grades K–2, one chaperone per six students recommended.
For grades 3–12, one chaperone per 10 students recommended.
Note: All students, teacher and chaperones must have a ticket.

Accessibility

Audio Description and American Sign Language interpretation available
for some performances with advance notice. To make arrangements,
