About This Event

Elaborate outdoor performances highlight traditional instruments and intricate dances, and demonstrate the colorful and customary attire of Southwestern tribes such as the Hopi, Diné (Navajo), Akimel Au-Authm, and San Carlos Apache. After the performance, meet the cast and see their intricate regalia up-close and ask questions about their tribal history. Each Saturday, a featured artisan with demonstrate a traditional craft live before the crowd. Native American fry bread is offered for sale by White Eyes Fresh Fry Bread. Artisan vendors will showcase and sell jewelry, baskets, pottery, instruments and paintings that highlight their distinctive cultural expression. Lawn chairs or blankets are recommended.
