The Collaborative Community Engagement Program

Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts’ Collaborative Community Engagement Program (CCEP) is a program that gives support and a platform for emerging artists to showcase their work. CCEP revolves around executing a public, ticketed performance in collaboration with teams at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. Mentorship will be given to projects in the areas of marketing, ticketing, production, and administrative support. This program is designed to have a low-risk budget model with a public performance presented by Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts.

Projects that foster diversity in thought, fill community needs, and spread awareness of cultural heritage will be valued highly. One to two projects will be selected each year. CCEP projects will be programmed through an application process open to independent artists, producers, nonprofit organizations, and producing collectives based in Arizona.

Application Process:

Phase One:

Phase One of the CCEP application is on a rolling basis, on the first of the month. Applicants will be notified by the end of the month if they are selected for Phase Two. To submit, click here.

Phase Two:

Projects that are selected for Phase Two will be notified of the selection timeline within 30 days. Phase Two projects are reviewed by a public panel biannually. Final projects selected will be scheduled no less than three months in advance of the performance.
