Scottsdale Arts and Danny Zelisko Presents
Grammy Award winner, legendary musician and two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee — with Crosby, Stills & Nash and the Hollies — Graham Nash performs an intimate solo show of songs and stories.
Nash’s remarkable body of work includes his early contributions to the Hollies from 1964 to ’68, including “Stop Stop Stop,” “Pay You Back With Interest,” “On A Carousel,” “Carrie Anne” and “King Midas In Reverse.” The original union of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young lasted only 20 months but resulted in such classic hits as Nash’s “Marrakesh Express,” “Pre-Road Downs” (written for then-girlfriend Joni Mitchell) and “Lady Of the Island.” CSNY’s Déjà Vu (1970) featured Nash’s “Teach Your Children” and “Our House.”
While continually building his musical legacy, Nash is also an internationally renowned photographer and visual artist. In recognition of his contributions as a musician and philanthropist, Nash was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Queen Elizabeth.
