about this event

Liminal ______ is an evening of exploring the artistic mediums of dance. This performance will be a part of the new Scottsdale Arts Collaborative Community Engagement Program. This split-bill performance will consist of dance for film and live performance. In this show, both artists explore personal histories, life changes, ambivalence, and the pressures of socially constructed ideologies that come with being a person of color. Through the mediums of video and live performance, both artists seek to find agency in life, love, identity, and patience.
